Return Policy

This Return Policy sets out the terms that apply to cancellations, rescheduling and any refunds or adjustments in relation to the shrub trimming, tree care and garden maintenance services provided by Strengthoiboosti. Because our services are performed at your property and involve labour and time rather than physical goods, "returns" are handled as set out below.

Nature of Our Services

Strengthoiboosti provides services such as tree pruning, shrub trimming, hedge cutting and general garden maintenance. These services are carried out on your premises and, once performed, cannot be "returned" in the way a product might be. This policy therefore covers cancellation of booked work, rescheduling, and circumstances in which you or we may seek an adjustment or refund.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel a scheduled visit for tree care, shrub trimming or garden maintenance, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where practicable so we can offer the slot to another customer. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may, at our discretion, be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs, especially where we have turned down other work or incurred travel or preparation costs. Any such fee will be communicated to you before being applied. If you have paid in advance, we will explain how the cancellation affects your payment and any refund in line with the provisions below.

Cancellation by Us

We may need to cancel or postpone a booking due to weather (for example high winds or heavy rain that make tree work unsafe), equipment failure, illness or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If we cannot reschedule or you prefer not to proceed, we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for that specific booking. We will not charge you for work we have not performed.

Rescheduling

If you wish to change the date or time of your booked service, please let us know with as much notice as possible. We will do our best to offer an alternative slot. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Repeated rescheduling or very short-notice changes may be treated as a cancellation for the purpose of any applicable cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Refunds for Services Not Performed

If you have paid a deposit or full amount in advance and the service is cancelled (by you or by us) before the work has been carried out, we will refund the amount paid for that service, minus any agreed cancellation fee if applicable. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, typically within 14 business days, using the same method of payment where possible.

Dissatisfaction With Work Performed

We aim to deliver shrub trimming, tree care and garden maintenance to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with the work we have done, please contact us promptly and describe the issue. We will investigate and, where we agree that the service did not meet the agreed standard, we will work with you to put it right (for example by re-attending to complete or correct the work) or, where appropriate, to agree a partial refund or credit. Any claim should be raised within a reasonable time after the service was performed. Our liability is subject to the terms set out in our Terms of Use and to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Deposits and Advance Payment

For larger jobs or ongoing garden maintenance arrangements we may request a deposit or advance payment. The terms of any deposit (including whether it is refundable in the event of cancellation) will be agreed with you before payment. Where a deposit is non-refundable, this will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Any unused portion of an advance payment for future visits will be refunded if you cancel the remainder of the agreement in line with the terms you accepted at the time of booking.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where our services are supplied for personal or domestic use, certain consumer guarantees may apply. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee you may be entitled to a remedy such as having the work redone or a refund, depending on the circumstances. We will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
